Recently bought my Sawtooths from these guys, which arrived super quick, well packaged but I have to say their customer service is excellent. On their website they have a live chat function and they are always so helpful, and always available.
Today, I went back to purchase my spare wheel and a BFG AT KO2 as the prices are great, and it will be with me, built, balanced and ready to put on the back door tomorrow. Can't recommend them enough. https://www.4x4tyres.co.uk/ 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

I have to agree as well just bought new tyres from them and a set of 5 steel wheels for my neigbours Landy, unfortunately after a very easy order and fast delivery two of the tyres arrived without the white lettering as ordered and some of my neighbours wheels arrived with paint chips. After a quick call to explain issues they apologised for the problems and arranged next day delivery of replacements and collection of the other items.
Great customer service very polite and helpful and the prices were very good I will use them again New tyres on Landy Click image to enlarge |

Sadly, my experience with them was the complete opposite. They sent me a damaged wheel and then accused me of doing it and even if I didn't they basically said it was tough, I signed for them! Beware.

Internet based tyre companies experiences can obviously vary significantly as detailed in the thread below about a different company altogether. It strikes me as strange how peoples experiences differ so much. I have had nothing but great experiences whilst saving a decent wedge of cash at the same time!

Are you not covered by the distance selling legislation where i think you areallowed to return within 28 days without reason.....or are you expected to make the courier wait while you open the container to check for damage!not everybody does that and as long as the packaging is not damaged i think you are covered! |
