Would a military wolf type wheel sling help in lifting?

Defender wheel carrier is mounted on the vertical board with an extra light fitted to the mounting bracket.

In the foreground is the new Nakatanenga stainless wheel carrier for Discovery 3/4.

Sorry to dig up an old thread.. has anybody counted a CB antenna to their wheel carrier?

I'm looking to mount my Firestick to it.

Thanks,
