caster correction- steering problem
Before hand I've googled this extensively and it just takes me endlessly to swivel preload and death wobble..

My question is I have a 90 and a 2 inch lift, I have stock radius arms. I'd like to know if this can cause a slight jump of the steering on bumps and potholes in the road..

Imagine holding the wheel at 3oclock as you hit the bump / hole the steering wheel moves to 4 o'clock really quick then back to 3.
Just a slight bounce/ wobble / jump that's all not a death wobble..

Could this also be caused due to the swivel preload not being quite enough for the weight of the truck but still enough to be unable to feel by hand 12-6 rocking

Thanks Jonny.

I cannot directly answer your question sorry. I asked about caster correction some time ago when considering a 2" lift. The answers were so confusing and conflicting I gave up on the idea in the end as it was something I didn't really need. Have a look at the thread below, it may help perhaps? Alternatively contact Gwyn Lewis they are the veritable experts.

Thanks for your reply . I will phone and speak to gwyn Lewis tomorrow and see if he has any answers. It really is a tricky one to get simple questions answered over. Thanks
