I fitted the medium duty springs, and shocks on my Disco 1, six years ago and they were/are good as gold.
Never had a problem with them! Nice ride, etc. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

I have terrafirma shocks on mine, been on for 6-7months or so and so far they appear and feel perfectly fine on my 110. I got mine from FrogsIsland as they're just up the road.
My springs got picked up on my MOT as an advisory as they're rusty so will prob put Terrafirma ones on when I get around to changing them. Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful! |

I fitted their springs and +5 shocks and can't complain, especially for the price. The springs are now 5 years old and starting to go rusty and I have bent a couple of the shocks but that was not as a result of the product being faulty. I would happily buy them again.

Poo. Absolutely poo. Don't bother. Made cheap, and die quick. Fit quality and only do job once.

I'm using a set of +2" medium duty on mine. They've been on eighteen months, it's my daily drive but gets used a lot off road too, and when I say used, I mean USED.
They're fine. I ran HD Terrafirma on both my D2s, and that was too much for all round use. It wasn't me! |

My 110 had TF Big Bores on when bought, were on their for a long time and felt fine when I took them off. Only reason they came off was because I changed the whole set-up.
My new set-up doesn't use TF shocks, but I did get TF springs ... They seem good for the money quality, but the fronts have settled and sagged a bit further than expected. Needs a nose lift now to bring back. I do eventually want to go with OME springs I think. |

you get what you pay for, i consider TF shocks to be disposable items and fit them to the rear of my DRD truck, if it get 12mths i am happy. OME is the way fwd in my 15yr experience off roading on a budget Cheers

If Terrafirma is not very robust/heavy duty, what brand/make is?
