"National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance loaned the force the £4,000 Land Rover Defender, which was fitted with a tracking device, as part of a police operation. The court heard the 4x4 was left parked in Pendle Drive in Litherland on June 4 and stolen within a matter of hours. But officers were following its whereabouts the whole time and tracked the vehicle to Howe Street MOT garage in Bootle. When police arrived at the lock-up shortly after midnight on June 5, they found Coy and two other men, Anthony White, 29, and Liam Norkett, 21, inside. Miss Daley said: “The roller shutters were down but officers could see the lights were on. “When they went inside all three defendants, wearing latex gloves, were stripping the car down. “They had taken the headlights and wheels off and the licence plates were smashed up in a corner. “They were in the process of putting fresh new plates on.” http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverp...r-10038490 |

Oh, those poor guys. Coy and White really look like they had a difficult youth, and think your social services should make a big effort to give psychological and financial assistance to them for the next 10 years at least.
An then Norkett, the poor soul got a nine-month sentence, suspended for two years, with 12 months’ supervision and 150 hours of unpaid work. Good that the sentence is supended, but unpaid work? Think they should pay him well for those 150 hours. You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |
