Hahaha, like waving a pencil around in Woolworths, loose?
No it's snug and perfect. |

I use the large disclock on mine and its fine.
It is intended to be a loose fit, not tight, otherwise the steering wheel could still be turned. |

Mine is a medium - on a standard XS steering wheel. Its a nice snug fit, and although the wheel can be turned slightly, it can't be turned far as the 'arm' catches on the windscreen. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

Can I chip in and ask for confirmation? About to order one for a MY15 XS, ie the steeing wheel that has a big "pretend air bag" bump. Large? Thanks for any help! That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not ... oh! That is a dent!

It would be interesting to know if anybody has compared the medium and large.
I suspect most people buy one or the other, fit that it does fit and stick with it. I was in a similar position, wanted to buy one ready for collecting the new vehicle. Trawled this forum and by far the most people mentioned the large size, so that is what I got and it seems to fit fine (even over the "pretend air bag lump" ) on a MY16 XS steering wheel. It is quite a loose fit, but whether it is "too loose" who knows? Seems to be ok. Hope that helps. |

I measured the wheel diameter as 41.5cm (on MY15 110 XS) which is at the upper end of the medium and lower end of the large Disklok fitment ranges.
Spoke to the supplier who said I should order the large. This has turned out to be fine as it means the lock is fully "closed" & not using any of the adjustment range. It can rotate on the wheel but I can't see how it would come off without damage to it or the wheel |

Well, I phoned the dealer and asked them to measure the wheel for me, they came back with 16" which is 40.6 cm. I phoned Disklok and asked their opinion. They recommended the medium as they say it should be able to spin and 1cm is enough to achieve this, too loose and there is the possibility for levering off.
So, I ordered the medium, good service I must say, I ordered on Wednesday mid morning and it was delivered Thursday at lunchtime. However, we don't collect the new 110 from the de aler until tomorrow, Disklok say that the purchase comes under the distance selling regulation so if it doesn't fit or I'm not happy then i have 14 days to return it. |

That sounds the same as my steering wheel - and as I say, I have a medium fitted. It is locked on fully and there is free movement too - ie, its not nipped on tightly. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond..... |

Excellent, thanks! That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not ... oh! That is a dent! 2014 90 XS SW 1997 Discovery 300TdiS (retired to stud) 1966 Series IIA 88" (now my son's) 2001 Astra - I need something to go and buy the parts when the others are off the road! |
