That's a lucky escape...
Click image to enlarge "ALOR SETAR: Nine policemen received outpatient treatment at the Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital after their Land Rover overturned at KM43.5 of the North South Expressway near here. The policemen were on their way to the shooting range in Pendang when the driver lost control of the vehicle and caused it to overturn before landing back on its upright position at about 7.30pm yesterday. Seven policemen seated at the rear were flung out of the vehicle and landed in the middle of the expressway. L/Kpl Mohd Izri Pasiman, 30, who sustained injuries on his right hand and left leg, said luckily, there were no oncoming cars at that time. “The accident happened so fast. I was chatting happily with my colleagues when the vehicle suddenly swerve left and right before rolling over twice. “My colleagues and I then found ourselves on the road,” he said when met at the hospital. The victims were discharged from the hospital after treatment." http://www.thestar.com.my/News/Nation/2015...xpressway/ |

Not sure why a roll cage would have helped them - just something heavy to hit on the way out...
