I'm looking to get my 90 serviced it's only done about 3000 miles since it was last serviced where it had all fluids changed what should I be looking to have done or do myself . It's done about 112000 miles.

personally i would be doing engine oil & filter, greasing all nipples and usual visual checks! no need for all other oils, maybe chuck in air filter as they are cheap enough. My 109 thread

Thanks for your replies think I might give this a go myself any preference for oil and what Grease should I be using, and grease guns have read that some don't fit the nipples, sorry to ask silly questions but thinking of doing this for the first time.

Great thread, I've not done a service on mine yet either and not sure to what standard the last was done.
Thinking about checking/changing all oils/fluids, filters, and want to get the cambelt done because the dealer didn't know when it was last done and I don't want to risk it. Changing rocker cover gasket too. Also spent 3 days with the front submerged in clay and water recently so going to deep clean and WD anything that should move and doesn't, then tighten up anything that does move but shouldn't |
