150PS / 400Nm?
I am pretty sure this has been discussed in another recent thread, but going through the manuals for my new MY15 Defender 90, I too have a supplement to my owners handbook under technical saying

Power Output 150 PS at 3,250 RMP
Max torque Nm 400 at 2,000 RPM

I know this was specified on the Adventure and Autobiography editions!

Either my senses are deceiving me, or I am just hopeful, but I am certain that my new 90 feels a lot 'pokier' and more responsive than my MY14 110, especially the torque in 6th gear! And I am taking it easy 'running it in' still!

Does anyone have some definite info about this please!?! Maybe I just got a 'good one'! Thumbs Up

Cheers,

The 90 is more nippy than a 110. The 90 is quite abit lighter.

Surely it will be clearly outlined on the vehicle's registration docs as opposed to owner's manual? Monsieur Le Grenadier

I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list.....

If you look at the supplement carefully, it says Diesel Engine (150) at the top of that table of data

http://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/co...oupId=1655

It is a supplement, not a replacement to the original table of data for the 122PS engine.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
