Be a little wary of the 'designer combination dogs'; many are being mass-bred and on top of that, there is a discussion about whether the two breeds should have been paired in the first place.
If you can, adopt from a reputable charity. If you go the breeder route, do your research and ensure the breeder is reputable and screens for the issues associated with the breed you're interested in. Our GSD is working stock and she is all the better for it IMHO. |

Sounds like you need a tri colour short haired border collie, excellent on the hills, loyal and very smart. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper

Sounds good. Don't own wellies though, so I'll have to sport my Scarpas and look like a Mountain Guide wandering around the peaks of Hampshire....although my Army obligatory, go-anywhere, 4x4 suede loafers always cut a dash on muddy woodland paths... Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

totally agree - we rescued a sprollie (border collie /. springer) Semi Feral and rescue. Many behaviour issues and mixing the brains of a collie and the barmy energy of a springer is cruel in my opinion. However 7 years later hes brilliant - my best mate and 24 hour companion. Hope you find the right one. Dave Shipping is my thing. If we cant shift it, to anywhere, it cant be shifted!! md.couriers@virgin.net |

Awesome picture. But I'll start with one for now... The previous owner of my 110 had a wonderful British Bulldog (even as a Frenchman he was an affirmed Anglophile....can't be many of those around) and to this day, almost a year on, after his valet presented sale and my numerous vacuums, I still have a lot of Bulldog attached to the felt rear of my middle seats Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |
