How to replace - Brake Vacuum Pump
As the 90 is out of warranty I'm getting nowhere on getting this done by LR so wondered if anyone on here has replaced the Brake Vacuum Pump themselves? Book time seems to be in the region of 3/4 hour so I'm not anticipating it being overly challenging.

Anyone got access to GTR Workshop Manual, section 206-07, specifically anything pertaining to operation 70.50.19?

I reckon I can manage operation 02.02.02 (driving car in/out of garage) myself and not take 12 minutes to do
it, although I can take some pictures as I do this bit if it will help Wink

All help gratefully received.

I was present when the mechanic did it. Take the fan protector off and with a wrench or any similar toll move the main belt tensor (right side between the main pulley and A/C compressor) so the belt gets loosen. With a 3rd hand take the belt off. This could be a bit hard.

The rest of the job is to take 3 bolts/nuts from the pump and one hose attached to it with a fast sort of clip. I think that is about it.

Hope it helps Puma 110" SW
