If an alien scanned through the 'Mud' photos on Picman's site they would think it was obligatory to stop in the middle, fill up with muddy water and be winched out. Gluttons for punishment. I hope the whinhc man was paid well, if only in Ale, as it seems he spent more of his time in the water than out Monsieur Le Grenadier

Mind you, it does remind me of an evening, silly-o'clock in the morning in fact, in which I was crossing Salisbury Plain during a Mechanised Exercise and got bogged in a tank rut of similar depth after heavy rain. Given officers cannot (officially) drive vehicles, out I popped, neck deep in mud, to shackle, tie, push, shove, dig and generally help heft the Wolf out of the hole. The sun was rising by the time we were done and not one stitch of me was mud free or dry..... Monsieur Le Grenadier

Yeah most seemed to stay to the right for some reason, there was about 3-4 90's before son and everyone of them got stuck in the same place so son decided to go through the middle and got through and as they got out all the crowd cheer'd Graham 1988 Defender 90 county 200tdi ( Beast ) Paul Walker 1973-2013 ( I Almost Had You ) |
