Here you go:
P167b O2 sensor heater circuit (bank 2 sensor 3). P1402 Exhaust gas recirculation metering orifice restricted. P0404 Exhaust gas recirculation "A" control circuit range/performance. P1103 Mass air flow sensor in range but higher than expected. P0100 Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit. looks as if you have gone too small on the egr blanking plate hole. If you just reduced down to 12mm and the problems started go back up to the last size, clear the fault codes (guessing you have a reader because of the fault codes) and see if the faults re-occur. Also read this post

the light come on every month or so ?
