firstly can I say what a lovely truck you have.
with such low mileage and mint condition the kick in the bits will hurt with what you've spent on it so far. most of the newer ones are being sold back to dealers as people cant get finance on private sales. I would hate to recommend a price as this would not reflect the work done by yourself. GLWTS steve |

Not sure on price but would love to be offered the chance to purchase this if you do sell it.

Typical, I've had my eye on this 130 for a while now. Your recent posts have given me the distinct impression that you were contemplating a sale and I think yours is pretty much spot on
As luck would have it, I put a deposit on a 13 plate 130 earlier today. With the canopy, SVX front end, wheels and low miles, I'd suggest something in the ball park of £27-28,000, subject to service history and condition (provided you can manage a private sale). As others have said, however, the easy availability of finance on new cars is killing high-end private car sales. How long before private car ownership of anything half-way decent is a thing of the past? Are you VAT registered? You don't need me to tell you that there are very few tidy 130s for sale, though demand is limited. Let me know if you fancy splitting the plate. And best of luck with the sale. ! |

It's absolutely worthless. Let's me take it off your hands. I won't charge you for collection. No need to thank me either.

accessories are half of what you paid because that is all a insurance company will pay. Then it's what ever a dealer will give you, plus about half of what ever margin you think they are runny at.
that's the vale. Then its a matter of how keen you are to move it, and the quantity of realistic buyers, not dreamers, approach you and you'll have demand. the rest is your decision. |

My boss at Bloodhound SSC was trying to get a 130 from JLR recently (as they are a pretty big sponsor) but JLR told them no as then don't have any left...
They got a load of new discos and Jag's instead.. so you might get more now that they don't have any left..? My 1986 90 is currently on a full rebuild, with new chassis, Paint etc.. Very much a hybrid, TD5 Chassis, tub & bulkhead with a 200TDI and LT77 GB Painted in Stornoway Grey 2 years off the road, but getting close to completion now |

My Dad commutes from Derby every day and takes his Brompton with him so he doesn't have to use the tube down there. He's had his 13 years and has done excess of 16000 miles on it.
