Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Hi folks, having sold my 110 TD5 G4 LE, I'd been on the lookout for a 90 on a galvanised chassis. Spotted one whilst working abroad and was holding my breath til I got back to UK. It had a galvanised bulkhead too, with its original 200 tdi engine. The inside was a bare shell when purchased. Apart from slight mechanical work/improvements, the rest was mostly bolt-ons. The interior got the Mud UK side panels, rear speaker panels, centre console and a glovebox I made myself. Dog guard and rear seats were added along with interior roof insulation. Couldn't justify the price of new headlining. Put the Exmoor Trim sound deadening in the front, but not impressed with the quality, so will eventually replace with the more expensive stuff I had before. The exterior received galvanised and painted rock sliders, KBX front grille and light surrounds. Headlights upgraded and Osram Nightbreakers were added along with new spotlights. Best purchase were the wheel/tyre combo. Had the BFG muds on previous vehicles and they always performed well. Future plans include Patriot type roof rack/ladder, rear/side external lighting and getting the whole lot wired in, as I'm useless with electrickery. |

Sorry for the late replies, i'net has been down for a few weeks.
The roof was done with rolls of 7mm closed cell foam with a self adhesive backing. Well pleased with the results, no condensation and good insulation properties. Can't remember where I got the rock sliders from |
