Morning Guys & Girls, well I've gone and done it.... Allisport uprated intercooler and hose kit for the 90 then a remap by BAS, hopefully the misses won't find out but if she does we'll call it a Christmas present after all I wouldn't want her to look silly at the lights would I? Being beaten by an 18 year old scrote in a French shed. Anymore thoughts from you guys on what to do next to make those drag starts a little more interesting? Cheers Life is one big adventure, that's why we have the vehicle for the journey.

Boost box (either allisport or IRB) then then a VGT turbo! oh yes.
and a 1.2:1 transfer box. |

Isn't a Boost Box the same as a Remap? Life is one big adventure, that's why we have the vehicle for the journey.

The change of trans box removes some of the "off the lights fun", but does quieten the exhaust nicely..

No. a boost box is something that fools the ECU into not sensing a turbo overboost (so in effect, you can crank up the turbo boost, and along with an ECU retune to pump in more fuel, will give you more power) Td5's go into "limp home" or "safe mode" when the ECU detects over (about) 15psi (i think, maybe 16) of boost. |

Spot on, cheers guys. Does anyone have any experience on the sideexit pipes from Twisted or Extreme 4x4? I want the look but may even go for the side exit by the runner like Zulu, hopefully this will stop the fumes coming in the tub.
