After the success of the first three group buys for the stainless bolt kits, I have been bullied, cajoled persuaded to do another group buy. (I am beginning to dislike certain forum members for their arm twisting tactics ) We need 10 people signed up for a mixture of VAST 90 and VAST 110 screw kits. These are the only stainless bolt kits which have genuine heads for the door bolts and come with lubricate/anti seize paste as standard
If you are unfamiliar with these kits just do a search on Defender2 VAST 90 SW stainless bolt kit Defender 2 price £70 Normal price £84 VAST 110 SW stainless bolt kit Defender 2 price £84 Normal price £99 Expiry date midnight on 31st July 2015 Carriage cost £12 to business or residential address in mainland UK. Highlands and Islands and outside of UK please ask for a quote on extra carriage cost. IF people want just the VAST 2 Dr or VAST 4 DR (2 or 4 door kit) drop me an email at brendan@4x4overlander.com or give me a ring on 07929 604668. As before email your details to barbara@4x4overlander.com for a quote payment either by bacs or debit card. Any questions ask away Brendan |

Got mine done straightaway. Only thing I noticed is ones in the door seem to be uneven and oversized lengths (see pics), not sure if this is normal or garage fitted them wrong?

Wrong bolts used in those holes .
Have fitted dozens of stainless kits and that's not normal . |

Original equipment bolts (hinge to front door) are M8 x 50 Torx raised countersunk machine screws. Just replaced all of mine this weekend. Well that's what my MY2015 was delivered with.

I'll be up for one of these! I'll be after a full 110SW set. Can I add a set of the air vent hinge bolt sets as well?
I'll send an e-mail! Cheers, ZG 110 XS TD5 |

That's fine, just make sure you give Brendan a ring first to make sure he is there and has gone walkabout.

Thank you |

When I come to replace the door hinges, can I just replace them one at a time without disturbing the hinge itself?
Are the nuts behind all captive, or are there any I need to be careful with? 110 XS TD5 |

The nuts on the a/b post side are captive but the door side are not captive on the side doors. The rear door only have the top two hinges on the post side captive. Ray
