After my presentation, let me introduce you our big friend : our Defender 110 "Puma" (we call it "TD4" in France) .
The first pic is from the garage were we bought it (specialized in defenders, as you can see). My wife wasn't so glad that i wanted to buy a 4WD...until she saw it (pics are from her cellphone !). It took me a few months before it starts being equiped for real offroad : new tires, gallery, shields, treesliders (i had some lowered "climbing step" before, but it was really too low as i was more and more confident in my driving skills !), wings protection, roof tent, and so on... Following pictures are from various travels or WE-roadbook we made with my family. The Def is not yet fully equiped (will it be some day ?), and still get a few more equipments years after years. Next one should be a double battery, and a shower pump (the tank is already installed in the rear left wing). But days, weeks ands months are too shorts ! I think you understood that we aim to have a real travel machine. Enjoy (PS : sorry for my english that is'nt as "fluent" as i'd like it to be ) The day i bought it (it wasn't new !) : Click image to enlarge Today (RB with Land Lovers Friends, in France) Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Another RB, with a couple a friends. The bridge you see is the Millau Bridge (France) Click image to enlarge Last year, a RB organized for a commemoration of Land Rovers history (close to Lyon - France). Great looking truck! Love the pictures too - especially these two showing the "go anywhere" nature of the Defender...
