Greta - finally got her snorkel fitted.
Well, it's been a long wait and I even considered to simply put a Safari on it, but in the end I finally got a call from the shop.
They finally got hold of the TJM Airtec snorkel which I find to look much better.
Helped a bit during installation and I must say, the standard air intake off the Defender is extremely small!
Also, the standard mountings of the pipes were everything but waterproof.
I even had to blow dry my air filter. Confused

Snorkel has now been fitted with all holes sealed so no water can come in. I know some say you will lose power fitting a snorkel, but for now I don't really feel any difference in driving. Also no added noise for as far as I can tell.
I'm not the one to specially look for the deepest waters to drive through, but it's nice to have some added safety and my son finally got what he wanted.
He therefore approves!

To celebrate father and son took Greta on a roadtrip to Belgium and France.

I'll probably be updating this thread with future modifications on Greta, so next to come:
