Is it an OEM pump?
I once fitted a Bearmach £100 job.
Within a few months it could be heard 50 yards away!

Hey Laurie,

I really don't know. I haven't ever needed it replaced and there is nothing in the paperwork from privies owners (and there is loads of paperwork)

I can only assume it genuine, but if nothing else works then I'll be having a look at it. I'm just waiting for the timing pin so I can start on the injectors

Ok

When I do the injectors do I need to do anything to clear fuel out after changing them?

I read on another forum about removing fuel pump fuse and turning it over with no injectors in to clear out any fuel that has pooled and reduce/stop hydraulic lock.

That was the only place I've read it, the dicovery2 website and Landyzone work throughs don't mention anything like this.

The dicovery2 mentions disconnecting the quick release on the fuel regulator and fuel cooler to drain the head

???
