A 200 TDI radiator fits in a cradle with the intercooler on one side, so if you have not got the radiator cradle fitted when you swapped the engine you may have problems with a 200TDi rad

So, is it a 200tdi defender or Disco rad, or the same thing? |

Yes.
Could I recommend to you that you obtain a cowl for the fan as at the moment with having it cut away the cooling effect of drawn air through the rad fins will not be as good. Thanks for the advice, i was looking at an electric one on the back of the Rad but they seem to be about £200, the cowl sounds an ideal alternative
