My wife tells me there has been a box delivered at home from a company with a strange name that she states in her text "cant pronounce and I've forgotten now but was something like nackered" :roll laugh:
So I'm guessing my lights have arrived I've noticed a few people mention wiring for DRL. I bought the Y cables but this is for side light running? How are people wiring for DRL instead? ta in advance. |

Received this morning and just finished fitting to the vehicle.
The Y cable is indeed for a side running light (like a dim dip). The cable takes a feed from your sidelight. Chopcat: the casting is correct. The green wire from the Y cable is earth from your sidelight which connects with purple/white. Black connects to black. Please double check this with a multimeter however as I am not looking at it now and possibly your Y cable has been made up differently. |

OK, so not actually a DRL as some seem to mention. Actually just a second side light.
Or is my brain fading? |
