I have Recaros in three of my four Defenders.
Two have the Genuine LR ones and the third has CS Sportsters. The genuine ones have flatter bases. Both are very comfortable with the genuine ones having the 'edge' in my opinion. The rear plastic panels can get scruffy over time, especially in a CSW if the rear seats are occupied, but can be painted or, in our case, we've trimmed the rears in Alcantara. |

you dont have to remove the bulkhead as there actually a thinner seat than the originals, but it does make a difference anyway if your tall.

Pickles,, As Mal says,, the SVX Recaro seat is not the normal "bucket" style Recaro seat, as found in some 90's sport version of escorts, astras etc etc,,
Never has a access issue,, They rate in my top five of first mods to do California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1 Main Brian James Trailer Dealer for South West UK |

No worries,...I noted that in your image. I'll have to find an SVX to sit in one day!...VERY scarce in Aus.
