United Kingdom 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Loire Blue
Any ideas on this quirk.
2013my puma.

Yesterday I was in a traffic jam, going down hill. I switched the engine off and left the ignition at position 1 for the radio.
Having slowly rolled 1/4 mile over the next 20 mins; I was running short on servo assistance (nothing odd here). The traffic began to flow more quickly, whilst rolling in neutral I went to crank and the engine turned over a couple off times and the cranking stopped (still neutral and foot only on the brake). I stopped and all started fine.
Due to traffic I switched off again, leave ignition switch in position 1 for radio. Again over the next 20 mins I rolled another 1/4 mile. This time cranked when stationary, engine caught and fired, but immediately cut out. Again started perfectly straight away on the 2nd go.
Any ideas, I'm at a loss?!!

Mark.

Mine does this and runs like the MAF sensor has failed but it hasn't. Clears when static. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..
