Cheers - yeah, I'm not convinced about the wheels myself - look the part, and quality of finish on them isn't bad, actually, but the offset is crazy. Undecided what to swap them for at this stage...

Cheers! Last 90 I had was a 200Tdi - over a couple of years, I lifted it, loads of underbody armour, Mach 5s, caged, winch, X brake, etc, etc.... don't plan on going that far with this one, but we'll see... Wink

Ah it's the licence plate...

So what's its future if you don't mind my asking, daily driver, greenlaner, bit of both?
Good luck with it.

Wondered how many would get that Wink

Short term, weekend toy and occasional off roader, probably evolve into more off road/overlander over a couple of years. I enjoy the planning and modding almost as much as using the finished product (though lets be honest, they're never "finished") Thumbs Up

Leave them well enough alone. They are perfect. I've seen far worse offsets.

Thanks all.

Nice, Fathaggis - planning rock rails at some point - had galv ones from Paddocks on the last truck, but need to go black this time I guess.

Re the Challenger wheels - look good, but the offset gives bump steer over rough ground and unsettles the truck, so a change likely...

Fathaggis, may I just say that looks the business, though personally i'm a bit conflicted about the aesthetics of the roof rack... Anyway, it's yours so rock on.

Dave, reckon some side steps would definitely ground it some. If you haven't already seen them, you might like these threads.
