Anythings possible Wink
Just depends on how much fabrication your willing to do. I have no idea what the brackets are like on an evoque seat, but if your willing enough, there's nothing a grinder and a welder can't fix Thumbs Up
One thing I would say though is to check the width, as they could foul against your cubby box if fitted and, depending on weather you have a 90 or 110, they catch the second row door cards on a 110 or bulkhead, if fitted, on a 90.

My partner has an Evoque... the seats are VERY comfortable compared to my Defender!

I have sat in them for 12 hours and got out refreshed...

I would have thought evoke seats have airbags, and with the not so smooth ride in a defender I think I'd get them removed before fitting the seats. Ray

I fit some series 3 BMW seats in the defender, the non-electric ones from the earlier models,
they had far more adjustment and bolted straight into the holes on the seat box. really comfy,
leather, perfect condition, cost - £50 the pair..... and they were slightly higher so gave more leg room..
