We sell quite a lot of the Bowler bumpers, side cills, rear steps and wheels but very few gear levers, I think you're right, they are an acquired taste

Yes, the rear steps look good as well.
I didn't notice them on the drop-off, but had another snoop around when waiting to pick up in the evening. Sort of a two part NAS step for the 21st century. Prefer the black over the silver finish. Also surprised at the amount of extra room that the Recaro seats + Momo wheel give you. I reckon I could happily have driven the 90SW without Mud seat rails. 12 months ticket & no advisories - Yeay!! Actually, I think that looks better than the Bowler levers
I can see that Bowler have tried to achieve the look of a sequential 'box shifter, but it just doesn't look right in a Defender cabin IMHO. Particularly in the graphite colour. And they're £450 '57 Defender 110 XS Station Wagon 2.4tdci |
