My gf was talking about this yesterday, and how long we would go on celebrating it - this morning a story was on the radio about the upcoming celebrations of Agincourt...rather answered her question.

All in great contrast to the not so famous battle of Towton - I used to drive through the village every day on my way to work. Very little to see or remember the site of what historians say was the bloodiest battle on English soil - possibly 28,000 died.
