France 2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Tonga Green
Two weeks later, having squirting in WD40 every few days, and have wiggled the lock every few days, today it freed itself up and I can turn the lock again ....YAY

So from now on I shall give all my locks a little squirt when I do my tyre pressures and I think that I will start using my keys.

England 2005 Defender 110 Td5 XS CSW Cairns Blue
Having just replaced the seized door lock on my 2005, I can certainly support the idea of the occasional use of the key. Thumbs Up

My own fault.. was seized when I bought it, thought, 'I must address that', did nothing about it for four plus years and then had a problem when I let the battery in the plipper go flat when I was away from home. 'No problem' I thought, 'I'll simply unlock it with the .... DOH!'....

Lesson learnt. Old lock is currently sat in a pot of plus gas but it looks beyond saving. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.
