What's the difference between the 2015 model one and the pre 2015 one?
I have a Momo A8502 steering boss but wasn't sure if this is suitable for 2015. |

As far as I'm aware it's to do with the fact that because the 2015's come with DSC they have steering angle sensors on the column so old style, 2 pins poking out the bottom to cancel the indicators, no longer fit. Defender Puma 110XS SW

^^^^ correct.
Although it's not just the pins missing there are also additional slots in the boss. The Optimill boss that we supply comes with removable pins and slots so can be used for both and is one of the slimmest bosses on the market |

First of all, welcome to the forum @mcmen, it's a brilliant place here full of knowledge and terrific helpful members. I fitted a new boss and smaller wheel to my wife's 90 hoping this chunky monkey could sit in it more comfortably but the snap off boss sticks out much further and it's bloody worse now. How narrow do they come? |

Unless you machine and weld something yourself like lorryman the slimmest snap off and boss combo is the twisted and murrey sport combo at just inder under 2 inches!
