Experiencing EXACTLY the same thing at the moment.
Been running 265/75x16 BFG's on ZU's for years without any problems whatsoever. Fitted 265/75x16 ST Maxx on Sawtooth's and I also have a wobble at 50-55MPH. Tyres are balanced ok and there are no problems at higher or lower speeds but I get the wobble at this speed regardless of the road surface. I am going to check the swivel pre-loads but it is a brand-new LRGP axle and was fine with the old wheels / tyres fitted. ONE LIFE, GET IT! |

Worth checking the suspension bushes, mainly the Panhard arm and Radius arm bushes. Get a good pry bar and check for movement.

Mine are.
Another long shot is, I have locking wheel nuts, could these throw the balance out if they are a different weight to the standard nuts? |

yes mine are copies.
i run them at 33psi, but i have got rack and rooftent fitted. no wobble at any speeds ,the mud terrains would go out of balance all the time. saved them for winter use and lower speeds |

Cheers for that, next stage is to balance the rear ones again and swap them over to see if that helps.
