My dad is currently rebuilding a Series 3 and wanted twin SUs being unable to find a suitable manifold he made his own

Looks very neat
are they 1.5 inch Does it have balance tube between the 2 carbs |

yes 1.5s of an MGB, manifold is made up from 2 MGB manifolds and 2 off 2.25 landy ones retains balance pipe and crankcase vent system etc, revs up pretty quick only other engine mod is a tubular exhaust manifold and straight through silencers, doesn't sound much like a landy ![]() Click image to enlarge DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS, I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

That is a beautifully detailed engine, if it goes as well as it looks, it'll be a rocket.
