They are in South Africa with a "show" in Johannesburg June 12 - 14. I just hope they don't have their cars stolen!

Had a quick look at the Marina used in the piano drop during the week... the transporter and the vehicles used in the show are stored in our yard.
The Marina is (was) mint - 2 owners from new and the engine bay is imaculate - when I think how bad they were back in the 70's, it's bizarre to have found and then trashed one that was so tidy! |

Yeh, when you spend so much time restoring, that stuff puts me right off them, however naff something's are they are irreplaceable now.

Exactly that used to annoy me with some of their stunts too. Shame to wantonly smash something up that was in decent condition, and irreplaceable.
Yep nowt wrong with marina, without it the disco 1 wouldn't have had door handles. Mind you technically I had an ital not a marina, was a good car though, never let me down and was at least interesting (well was to me anyway) as a first car rather than a bland supermini. |
