2000 Defender 90 Td5 CSW Alveston Red
TD5 county station wagon value
Hi Guys,
Can you help me please with this TD5 on a value? I currently have it on eBay but I'm not see if I'm being unrealistic on price etc. have had a couple of offers but think they are taking the P!
I've a new 90 on order and due in next couple of weeks so time to say good by to my old girl Sad

A much loved Land Rover Defender 90 Td5 County station wagon, genuine county wagon from the factory.

Registered in 2000 on a ‘X’ reg, currently on a private plate which is not included in sale. It is in lovely condition throughout. The chassis, bulkhead and rear crossmember are all good. The bodywork is straight and the interior is clean. It starts with ease and drives superbly. It has been well maintained throughout its life and comes with loads of receipts. It is in metallic Alveston red paintwork,colour coded wheel arches, sunroof, County cloth seating for 6 people with 7th front centre seat, full carpeted, cd player, snorkel, A bar with additional driving lamps, front lightguards, side rails, full chequered plating, swingaway rear mounted spare wheel carrier, Land Rover Freestyle alloy wheels with a great set of tyres, front and rear mudflaps and a towbar. 2 sets of keys and alarm remotes. The military style towbar is not included in the sale.

It comes with its original Land Rover book pack with manual, service book etc and a full 12 months mot. 108k Miles.
The Land Rover is situated in Kidderminster and any inspection is invited.

I would have thought the price about right. Looks very tidy and well presented.

Try selling it on here, seems a good market place. Not sure how many post you need for a sale though, worth checking.

ps You have the rear seat supports at the wrong angle, they should be against the side boxes..Wink

Thanks sSimon. She's a lovely TD and been looked after. Just with the end of the defender and a new job the opertunity rose to order a new one.
The only negative really is the laquer on the roof is warn but she was going to have a black roof sprayed this spring but obviously won't do that now.
I was told it was common in this colour but I'm not sure if that's true!

I've messaged to put it on the classifieds here.

Thanks for the seat info. I've never know that but hardly ever used the rear seats!

That price seems about right!
Bear with it ...some people go for the cheapest then realise there is a reason it is so cheap and then you will hopefully have interest.
