I'm VAT registered in Ireland. Realize this might be a long shot now, but would I be able to go in VAT free?

Sorry everyone but I'm off on a jolly soon and needed one to take with me so I'm afraid I've now bought one. Hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone too much and that I haven't broken any forum rules or etiquette. Pete. |

I organised this on another forum and am more than happy to do the leg work this end for other people. I can't guarantee the prices as i've not spoken with them, but as an example, I paid £234 which included delivery on a Defender TD5 kit (which also works for disco TD5). RRP with delivery on their site would have been about £283 - so a substantial saving! The more people buy, the cheaper it gets. I think we got to about 16 units.
I organised it last time so individuals pay them directly, so there is no money coming my way (just to allay any fears of sending money to a stranger etc.). It took a fair bit of admin my end, but more than happy considering the savings made for people. So there, just running it up the flagpole. If there is enough interest, I can get back in touch with them. |

Does it do live data well? I am looking to add some gauges to mine to keep a better eye on the engine, and the more I work on mine the more it would be handy to have something like the nanocom!
Could I use it to enable things like cruise control? With the AS10 functionality could I enable central locking? |

Live data is great, you can even dump it to an SD and analyse with graphs/charts etc.. I use mine quite frequently just to see what's going on (bought a mount for it).
You can change all manner of the 10AS including enabling central locking, programming fobs, courtesy light, honk if door open etc.. See here http://www.nanocom-diagnostics.com/downloa...-evolution I don't have the images on my phone of graphs and stats I pulled off, so will upload some tomorrow. You can also do some crazy (in all senses of the word) stuff with your MAP (including tweaking it, downloading off maps off Internet and uploading to ECU etc. If your stupid or brave enough that is (and providing you have a programmable chip in ECU) Any more info, ask away Example output in excel [img:640:418]http://www.huffhuff.co.uk/downloads/car_diags.JPG[/ Me about |
