I'm having real problems renewing my ADAC Plus membership this year, I can't get through on the phone nor am I receiving replies to e-mail to the usual contact address nor via their contact page. Anyone UK based renewed successfully recently? Steve.

I've tried just about every number I can find Tim, including those on my card, their site and the ones you mentioned back in a thread a few months back. I had a contact there who always answered mail, I received my renewal [due May 1st] reminder back in March so e-mailed her saying I'd renew nearer the renew date and she got back to me straight away. No answer now though which is odd. Steve.

nitram17,
the biggest benefit according my experience is that once you start paying them the yearly fee your car stops breaking down... They cover the owner regardless in what car he is travelling and have a lot of things included for an unbeatable price. Just got my renewal in, 86€ whereas europe assistance etc were close to 300 for the same type of service. |

I guess there may have been an issue with the phones somewhere along the line when I tried before, all seems ok now Steve.
