Drive belt tensioner and pulley torque
Does anyone have the torque settings for the tensioner and the pulley? 1999 Defender TD5 110

I'm pretty sure that it's 50Nm for both of them. I couldn't find the pulley torque for the Td5 when I did the one on my D2, it was only stated for the V8. I'll have a look on RAVE tomorrow if no one else pops up with the answer.

According to RAVE for a Td5 the tensioner torque is 45Nm, the only reference to a pulley I could find was the idler pulley on the V8 which is 50 Nm. I did mine to these figures and they've been fine Thumbs Up
