Possibly Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

I picked one up four weeks ago, had to go to Inverurie for it, then back down to Midhurst in West Sussex, quite a marathon trip. Unfortunately not as smart as the pictures above but after new brakes, carb, dynamo and a few odd bits I've nearly got it running now. Looking forward to running around in it, looks good without the roof too
If I could figure out how to upload a photo I would put one up 2.2 90 XS 88" Series One Old Norton Minerva |

Natlas To start with,, Pictures may be easier to load via the "Gallery" look at right hand top of page
Another 120 odd miles today,, Torquay via the scenic route, top would have been off,, bar for the rain,, Very heavy on the return trip,, surprising how well the wipers work, also as good as the 110 !!! What a lovely car Tim!
Harry Metcalfe has a video on YouTube featuring his own series. Could imagine myself behind the steering wheel when I watched it. Driving without the roof in the rain can be fun. As long as you don't drive too slowly. |
