[Wanted] Late Td5 or newer Puma 90
Hi, been after a Defender for a while now and after selling my BMW funds now make it possible.
Im after a later Td5 05/06/07 or a puma 90, both must have sub 70k miles.
Cash waiting and hopefully I can start contributing to the site once I've officially entered Defender ownership.
Many Thanks, Lloydy.

I'm thinking about selling my 2006 24k miles Td5 90 post Easter. I'm the second owner, full LR service history, Wipac crystals+nightbreakers, wipac spots on A Bar, four new GG AT tyres, XS model with air con, four rear seats, LR dog guard, rear fitted rubber mat over carpet, rear chequer plate and tow ball recently added (not in the pic), Momo wheel, Mantec spare wheel holder, Mantec bash plate, next service at 30k or Aug'15, undersealed, etc etc and warranty to Aug'15. Bought from The Man for LR last August with 20k miles and I've spent another 2k on her.

Ditto! TD5's a great engine.
The last engine properly designed for a Land Rover.
Who wants a mishapen bonnet anyway?

Well, after being beaten to a couple I've seen by dealers who then stick 2/3k on the price I am
Unfortunately still searching after many months for my first defender. Late td5 or a newer puma. Theres a couple on eBay and autotrader that fit the bill but they are stupidly priced hence why they've been on weeks if not months now... If anyone's got anything drop me a PM.

Sorry you're still looking.
I had the same with my 110, we got beat on 4 occasions, where they'd 'just sold' I nearly prised Lambley's 90 from him, but he got wise and I can't fault him.

It come to a point when I bought the most original I could find, not ideal for my needs, but then tweaked it to suit.

It's a case of lower your expectations, or set your budget higher. Though I think 'weighted' priced Defenders aren't moving.

Low mileage td5's are in demand, I have a couple of friends seeking them at the moment.

Good luck.
