What's this folks!

Hi all
Just a quick one. Found this under the bonnet yesterday stuck behind a pipe on the bulkhead. Anyone know what it is??

Looks like end of a dip stick.

Looks like the dipstick ring but it can't be that. 110 Hardtop

Just looked under my bonnet, defenatly not the dipstick!
Can't see anything that looks remotely like it?
Not unless It's a part I'm missing

Or some sort of puller.
Could be flicked up off the road but unlikely.

It's the plastic clip that keeps a new spring hose clip open -
