looking at pic that looks like rust ( hard to tell by pic ) on the seal round injector, they a pressed steel ring with rubber inside and out , but the top is steel and not really protected in any way
give it a light clean round with small screwdrive (minding the rubber bits ) and if poss blow off with airline line or hoover loose rust , spray bit of anti corrosion spray round injector and keep a eye on it

by honest if its blowing i doubt tightening it more will help plus risk to bolt and thread
if its blowing carbon will be under the copper washer and your be trying to tighten down on that
sorry would say how to unclip injector plug , but cant remember what there like , got a pic ?

Thanks for help chaps. In the end I paid a garage to do it but now I read back through all the thread, I can see the words "must replace bolt", I think they re-used it.
