lifting the rear axel

any help on which springs and shocks to buy ,I need to lift the rear body on my 130 camper,50mm but as it is always carring a lot of weight I need strong springs and shocks ,at the moment it has the springs with a other spring inside ,but I don't think these are strong enough,

If it's jut the body that needs lifting, could you not just use some 50mm box section to raise the body off the chassis?
