JW Speaker Evo2 Lights Fitted - AMAZING !
I guess this is nothing new but I thought I would share my joy at fitting a new set of Speaker Evo 2 lights to my Defender. In short the lights are stunning, the performance is way above what I had expected. It is as close to Xenon as you can get in looks and performance. This is the single best thing I have spent my money on for the Defender, I am trully amazed at how good they look. Low beam performance is really wide and it lights up the verges perfectly. You hardly need to use the full beam. I now have a great bright white look to the front end with the headlights and LED sidelight from Mud UK.

I took it to the local MOT station to get the alignment checked and the mechanic could not believe they were not Xenon lights.

Taken the joy back to night time driving in my Defender.

Interestingly, a week ago I received the latest Nakatanenga newsletter and they also are gloryfying the EVO2 as being the absolute tops today.

Speaking about pictures, I would like to see pictures of someone who has the version with the integrated sidelight and DRL installed (so the version which suits the SVX/ICE/RAW type fronts). Especially would like to see pictures of how these look with the various functions, provided that they are wired up correctly. (meaning that DRL will turn off when sidelights or low/high beam is switched on). Actually, I have seen pictures of how they look with DRL on (that's the entire top half circle lightning up), but have never seen a picture of how they look with only sidelights switched on. So especially if anybody has a picture of this last function, appreciated. Thumbs Up

I have also swapped my JW Speakers EVOs for the EVO2 and also very impressed. A wide light spread with a focus of light further down the road. Happy with the deal and service I was given by Mobile centre, money well spent.

I should point out that I am very happy with the lights them self. And also the staff that I dealt with was helpful. The deal was that I would pay £600 for the "evo2" and when I send the "evo's" back I would be credited £270 to my PayPal account. When they sent the £270 to my PayPal I only received £260.62 because of charges. I phoned to ask the salesman why they sent the money as a sale and not a refund and he said sorry but it was the accounts department. Bottom line is, I am very happy with the lights but "Mobile Center" should explain there process better.
