Not come across this issue before - what wheel nuts do you get with 18" Boosts? And why do the standard alloy wheel nuts not work? 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

What's right with them more like.

A supposedly reputable wheel and tyre supplier was bringing in 18" Boosts. Lovely quality they are. They have been supplied to a few of the Bespoke Defender builders.

Unfortunately the reputable wheel/tyre supplier has not and it appears cannot be "bothered" to supply locking wheel nuts. Due to differences in the nuts you also can't get any to fit and I can't even get any made. 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro S Line Plus 184 TDI Stronic

So they're not the same as standard LR alloy wheel nuts? Seems very odd that a replica wheel would have such a different hub design that the nuts that work on the original don't work on the replica? 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green

What a stupid design then! How come 18" boosts need different wheel nuts, but 18" Sawtooths can manage to use standard wheel nuts? Confused An engine to TDi for!

That's a very good question. I'm told that the supplier has been responsible for 2 different types of 18" Boost (old type and new type). The new type can be supplied with Locking Wheel Nuts, but the old type can't. 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro S Line Plus 184 TDI Stronic

Best mods for me?

Wipac and Nightbreakers - Makes such a huge difference over standard headlights.
FCX leather steering wheel - Such good quality.
Getting rid of the rust in my bulkhead (for now Big Cry)

Worst mod?
Mud curry hook- have used it about 3 times- mostly forget its there.

Most hated feature?
Its 20 inches too short Big Cry (other than that she is perfect)
She leaks on my leg and I cannot for the life of me find from where.

Most loved feature?
I defy you to find another 200Tdi Utility with a bonnet spare.

Overall I love her to pieces.
