Best mod you can do to your truck, but understand expensive too. You will be surprised by the extra space behind the wheel and lower seating position this gives you. And, the good thing is that for these Recaros you can also buy the very good quality original LR black seat covers, same type as for the other seat rows. I have those and am very happy with them. Daniele, as you know my heated Recaros with removable seat bases came with the SVX as standard, so it is the combination of leather on the sides with the SVX cloth with little Land Rover emblems in the center. From your posted pictures it looks like you got the same Recaro model as the SVX type.
Give those seat covers a thought. Here is an old picture which I took just after putting them on. They were not perfectly tucked in everywhere yet at that time, so you see more wrinkles than is actually the case now. It is important to properly tuck in the hard stretching bar which is part of that seat cover into the space between the seatbase and backrest part of the seat. That stretches it all up nicely. Thanks for all the replies!!! The valve that I replaced isnīt this one that you suggest.....They sold to me the "white" one....wich is fully open only in 96..... Will try to find this anoteher one here....and will do the fan spacer too!!! Best Regards!!!! |
