odd things in the 2015 brochure.
odd things in the 2015 brochure..

Yes, I expect I am rather sad b***** , really, to be studying said brochure but:-

"Front axle two-pin differential" - standard ---check, (nice to know that)...
"Standard duty suspension" - standard --- check
"Windscreen wash/wipe system with variable intermittent function" - standard -- is it really now ?
"Manually adjustable exterior mirrors" --- check -- cor,!!
"Graphite instrument panel insert" - standard --- eh what ?
"Rear loadspace net" - standard --- is there really? (as well as rear door net?)

hmmm

Funny you should mention the load space net.

I asked the dealer where it was he has now putting it in the post for me. Very Happy

"Two pin diff" = ambiguous and utterly meaningless term!

I have a 2015 XS and their is a net against the rear door but certainly don't have one for the rear load space?

Can anyone confirm whether they are standard on XS and where they may be located (in case its hidden somewhere I don't know). It has the hooking points but suspect thats not what the brochure talks about.

No, you're not the only saddo that reads the brochure inside out and back to front. Having had my 110 XS SW for 10 days now I too read that it should have had a loadspace net with it, which it did not. I emailed the dealer but have not as yet received a reply. It's a funny one because if it's in the brochure why don't they supply it?

I had the premium leather seats in Windsor and the cubby box lid isn't padded as above. Just standard thickness. And no load net Big Cry 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

I think it's padded because the premium leather seats sit a little higher than the normal part leather. We noticed that straight away as they were in our last XS. Or maybe it's because the Alpine subwoofer means the cubby box dimensions are smaller, who knows?

Another addition which we weren't expecting, ours has the grey velvetty headlining which I didn't think was standard so no complaints there! As the production comes to an end they must have various stockpiles of bits that need using up so later buyers might, I'm guessing, have some tasty additions?

I always thought there was some weasel words somewhere in the brochure or sales order that stated there could be last minute changes to spec, etc...
