Hi Land Rover,
I know that there is probably nothing you can tell me at this time, but is there any plans at all for any form of special edition for a 130? The current special editions, great! Fantastic, but why no option for an Adventure 130 or a Heritage 130? Would be very interested to know if there are any plans at all to mark the often overlooked end of the the Defender range. Although sadly not genuine, get a bunch like Nene or the specialist of your choosing to build a special 130 edition for you! 1998 110 300Tdi White Hard Top

Thats sad to hear, I have always thought the 130 is left out of so much, seems a shame that the vehicle which seems to do the hardest work is being left out of the party.
Luckily, SSE make a perfect 130 and release them at reasonable money so just need to save up a bit more. Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197 Self confessed mileage hunter |

Reading too much into the above statement's "at this stage" rather than a straight "no", I give you one made a little earlier: Click image to enlarge |

Why wait for Land Rover to bring out a half assed 'special' thats no more that a standard vehicle with Land Rover Accessories bolted to it with a fancy paint job.
Buy one to your spec then build it to how YOU want it, It will be a lot cheaper as well 130's have feeling's as well you know |

Very true Andrew, I was just hoping that Land rover hadn't forgotten they make 3 wheelbases rather than just 2...
Even if it was you can buy say an heritage spec 130 or even a landmark spec 130 Oh well, Keep my eye out for good one and keep saving the penny's Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197 Self confessed mileage hunter |
