The way I'd do it is, select file then select print. When it asks what printer to use select print to file. This will take a screen dump to a file to whatever destination folder you choose. This way you can keep a copy on your hard drive and print a hard copy should you need to:thumbsup: I started with nothing and still have most of it left!

Printing it to a PDF is usually the best way if you can, depends on the browser you use and the OS you use. On Mac, using Safari, you can print to a PDF or save the site to your "Reading List" which creates an archive of the web page you can view offline on all your devices (iOS and Mac OS X), not sure if that's available for Safari on Windows. http://www.yorkshireoffroadclub.net/

Depends how exacting you want to be, as already mentioned if you want to copy a page exact with all links working then PDF is the way to go, most browsers have a limited save as PDF button, though if you want to save the page as the original you will need to get hold of a copy of Adobe’s Acrobat or similar, you can download a month trial free of Acrobat from Adobe's site.
If you just want to keep a copy of a page just for reference you can usually just use the select all button, then copy the page into Word, use the Word option keep source formatting on the paste menu. If you can't print to PDF then download CutePDF and install (HERE: http://www.cutepdf.com/ ). It'll add CutePDF to your list of printers and it'll convert whatever you're trying to print to a PDF.
However, if the web designer has done their thing then it'll print a different version to the one you see on the screen. You're supposed to design a different style sheet for printing than the one used to display because reading on paper is different to reading on a screen. If that happens then a screen grab might be the way to go. Browsers give you the option to save a page (File > Save As) but if it's a page that has multiple elements or uses active server pages then it won't run properly if you do that. |

Which pages?
You can use HTtrack which will create a local version of the website for you to use offline. Doesn't work with all sites though. |
