RTC3036 Bonnet Lock - any chance it will fit a Puma?
The RTC3036 Bonnet Lock is for vehicles up to 2006 I understand. Any chance this would fit a Puma from 2007 onwards. I was just wondering if this was an option in the matter of securing bonnets from theft, along with the already suggested replacement hinges and a cycle lock around the underside reinforcing and engine hoist ring.
I've not seen it mentioned so I'm guessing it's incompatible, but maybe worth asking.

ALSO: if the above part is not compatible, can it be modified or can a part be created - I guess there would be a big buy-in for such a solution?
UPDATE: I've now been advised that this lock will not fit the Puma. See small pic below showing how the lock is positioned to the left of the rectangular panel atop the front grille. On the Puma this is wider and prevents fitment of this part.
