Why not have a word with Autosparks to see if they can make you some top professional ones, they have always been very helpful when I have asked them to make up small looms etc..

Use a female plug with strips of metal in the female tags to make them male , like a double ended spade terminal

If your doing your own headlight relay upgarde loom , why bother just cut the standard plug off and use the wires to feed relays , solder and glue heatshrink at least you got rid of a connector that could corrode

if you still want to go the plug in route , all your doing is using the standard wiring as a signal feed of less than 1 amp to switch the relay , you dont need fancy ceramic or heavy duty connectors for that

The sockets aren't a problem, plastic and ceramic available from lots of the usual places.

It's the plugs which seem to be rare Confused
